Easy 8-Ball (Simple)
Tip from the carver: Don’t abuse the instruments. Be sure to learn the directions on find out how to use them correctly. Remember to have a trash bag underneath your pumpkin and a few napkins. It would get just a little messy.
8-Ball Starburst (Reasonable)
Tip from the carver: For those who can not carve the curves for the starburst (I discovered it a bit troublesome), then simply do straight angles as a substitute.
9-Ball Starburst (Reasonable)
Tip from the carver: Begin carving from the within out. For those who carve from the surface and work inwards, the within will likely be frail while you’re making an attempt to chop items out and should break.
Rack & Cues (Reasonable)
Tip from the carver: Use a dry-erase marker. I used a pen however want I had a dry-erase marker to sketch out my artwork on the pumpkin. Don’t rush; take your time on the small parts within the design and use the proper measurement instruments.
APA Brand (Troublesome)
Tip from the carver: Go gradual on the small print, particularly the field across the emblem. Use the smaller pumpkin shaving instruments first after which go together with the larger instruments to do the middle and to deepen the shaving. The deeper you shave, the brighter the pumpkin will mild from behind!
